  • Clients (employers) to post job opportunities

  • Freelancers (talents) to apply or offer services

  • Users to communicate, collaborate, and engage in potential work agreements

  • Display of jobs imported from third-party job sources

NerdVine is not a registered company at this time and is operated by an individual (“Site Owner”).
NerdVine acts solely as a platform and is not a party to any agreement between freelancers and clients.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Are legally capable of entering into agreements

  • Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Will use the platform for legitimate purposes only

Accounts found violating these Terms may be suspended or permanently removed.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and updated information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login details
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Not share or sell your account access

If your account is compromised, notify us immediately.

4. Job Listings

4.1 User-Posted Jobs

Clients may post job opportunities. You agree that all posted jobs must be:

  • Legitimate
  • Non-fraudulent
  • Clear and accurate
  • Compliant with all laws

Fake jobs, phishing, or misleading posts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Imported Third-Party Jobs

NerdVine imports jobs from sources such as Remotive.com.

  • We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or validity of imported listings.
  • We do not own third-party job content.
  • We do not verify the hiring company.
  • You apply to such jobs at your own risk.

5. Freelancer Engagements

All engagements are strictly between Client and Freelancer.

NerdVine:

  • Does not employ freelancers
  • Does not supervise work
  • Does not guarantee quality, deadlines, or outcomes
  • Does not handle direct payments between users
  • Is not liable for disputes, nonperformance, refunds, or disagreements

You are encouraged to use written agreements for projects.

6. Fees & Payments

Some services may require payment (e.g., featured job posts, subscriptions, enhancements).
Payments are handled by third-party platforms.

NerdVine:

  • Does not store payment details
  • Is not responsible for third-party service issues
  • May modify prices at any time with notice on the Site

Refunds for digital services are granted only at the Site Owner’s discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false or misleading information
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform
  • Bypass or tamper with security features
  • Use the Site for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes
  • Spam users or send unauthorized advertisements
  • Engage in hate speech or harassment

We may ban accounts without warning for serious violations.

8. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload.
By using the Site, you grant NerdVine a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use your content for platform functionality.

NerdVine’s name, logo, design, layout, and system are the intellectual property of the Site Owner.

Imported job content belongs to the original provider.

9. Third-Party Services

NerdVine integrates third-party tools such as:

  • Analytics providers
  • AI tools
  • Payment gateways
  • Messaging systems

We are not responsible for:

  • outages
  • inaccuracies
  • failures
  • downtime
  • data loss

caused by third-party systems.

10. AI Features Disclaimer

NerdVine may offer AI-assisted features including:

  • Resume suggestions
  • Job matching
  • Profile improvement
  • Content generation
  • Skill assessment guidance

These features:

  • may be inaccurate
  • may produce errors
  • must not be relied on for legal, financial, or career decisions

Users agree to review and validate all AI outputs.

NerdVine is not responsible for actions taken based on AI suggestions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • NerdVine is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • NerdVine is not responsible for losses from job decisions, user disputes, or fraudulent users
  • The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site Owner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
